Painters Wanted (Skilled & Entry level positions available)

Bellingham Professional Finishes is currently looking for both skilled and entry-level painters to join our team.

We are seeking hardworking individuals who are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Ideal candidates are motivated to learn new skills, committed to efficient and high-quality work, comfortable with ladder work, and have reliable transportation to our shop.

We offer full-time, year-round employment with opportunities for advancement and overtime pay. We provide company vans, gas, and all necessary tools (excluding brushes).

Responsibilities for this position may include:

Sanding, masking/unmasking, and surface preparation

Proper product application

Leadership and training, leading by example, and being responsible for the quality of your work

Effective communication and interaction with supervisors and team members

Self-reliance and dependability for full-time work

Tool loading/unloading/cleaning

Maneuvering and packaging millwork

Working individually or in a group to achieve the highest level of finishes

Maintaining a clean and professional work area

Maintaining strict attention to detail in your work

Accurately tracking time worked and materials used on each project

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

A professional appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Depends on experience

Paid time off

Schedule: M-TH, 7am - 5:30pm
