Biscuit Bitch is seeking strong, focused, high-energy production bakers to work in teams of two to crank out our famous biscuits in our commissary kitchen in SoDo. Training will take place downtown. This is not a cute cupcake job — it’s hot, fast-paced, repetitive, and physically demanding. If you can lift, twist, bend, scoop and hustle for a full shift, keep reading.
DETAILS
Part-time 2-3 days/wk
Mid Shift 2pm-10pm, must be available weekends
$23.00/hr to start
PTO, paid breaks, fully paid ORCA card

RESPONSIBILITIES
Mix, scoop, shape & freeze hundreds of biscuits per shift
Meet daily production goals
Keep your station spotless & organized
Take inventory, place orders
Be a team player, keep it real, and get it done
REQUIREMENTS
Able to lift 50 lbs, stand, bend & twist for 8 hr shift
(you’ll demonstrate lifting ability at interview)
Basic math, volume and weight measurement skills, ability to follow recipes
Detail-focused, consistent, and self-motivated
Kitchen/baking/food prep experience is a plus
You must have or obtain a WA Food Handlers Card prior to starting
