Seeking a Part time Building Maintenance Capitol Hill

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in commercial or residential property maintenance or a related field

- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with tenants and colleagues

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- A valid driver’s license

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm (some flexibility)

Availability for on-call emergency maintenance preferred

$25-$35/hr DOE

Paid time off and holiday benefits (after 90 day probationary period)
