Part Time Property Maintenance

Part time position available. – Bilko Towing Canyon Rd. Ellensburg

Property maintenance and upkeep/light construction/equipment operator.

Looking for a self-motivated, independent, hard worker to fill a need for property maintenance, upkeep, simple construction and general labor at our business location. This is a very independent position and will only be successful for someone who can work on their own and stay on task. Must be 18+ Prefer Monday – Thursday but can be accommodating with flexible schedule for right person.

Job Duties include but may not be limited to:

Weed spraying

Weed removal

Trimming branches

Remove brush

Clean inside shop

Picking up garbage

Picking up rocks

Cleaning parking lot

Organizing materials – construction materials, rock, pallets, apple bins, tools, machinery

Construction work – fence or gate repairs, handyman type tasks

Skid steer experience preferred

Excavator experience preferred

Monday – Thursday 9:00 – 4:00 (+/- 22 hrs per week) - Can be flexible on hours/days

Possible extra hours or full-time schedule available for the right person

Burn brush (winter)

Dump runs as necessary

General Labor

Looking to hire middle to end of July.

Pay is DOE $20 - $25
