Part Time Property Manager for Family Residence

Part time property manager position available caring for a property and 4800 sq ft home in Roanoke Park. Property is a single-family home, not a tenant residence.

Primary duties to include:

Oversee seasonal and scheduled maintenance

Act as the point of contact for service providers

Regular inspections and follow up on repairs generated from inspections

Project management: oversight of repair projects of all sizes, start to finish

Management of all property systems interior and exterior: HVAC, irrigation, plumbing, landscaping etc.

Updates for the homeowner on project progress and costs

Jack/Jill of all trades

Details

$25/hr for approx 5-10 hours per week on average.

Schedule is mostly predictable but there will be surges of extra hours needed for projects that arise unexpectedly (i.e. unexpected water leak)

Paid additional hours

Experience managing properties or large homes
