Job Summary
We are seeking a Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto/heavy machinery parts and order management systems. This role involves working in a dealership setting, managing inventory, and customer service.
Duties
- Restock inventory
- Assist customers at the counter and over the phone
- Return calls and emails
- Complete cash sales
- Assist customers with parts orders
- Check in equipment for service
- Assemble, sell and start Stihl equipment
- Break down boxes
- Maintain a clean workstation
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive parts environment is preferred
- Computer skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices
- Mechanically inclined
- People skills
- Good communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Able to answer phones
- Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 30lbs
- Forklift operation preferred
- On the job training offered
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Has reliable transportation.
Must be able to work Saturdays and Wednesdays.
$20 per hour DOE
Full time, Monday-Saturday. Flexable weekday.
Expected hours: 40 per week
