Description:Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and be able to work productively in a team environment. This job requires the ability to multi-task and prioritize with a high degree of accuracy. Knowledge of the medical field and of insurance is a plus. Tasks will include appointment scheduling, answering multi-line phones, reconciling charges, insurance verification, obtaining pre-authorizations and general office administrative work.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Must have:

attendance and effective communication skills

ability to be flexible and change in the moment

take ownership on any problems

1 year of customer service experience (Nordstrom or Starbucks are great examples)

1 year of receptionist experience (does not have to be a traditional office setting)

Nice to have:

insurance verification

healthcare experience
