Job Title: Payroll Call Center Representatives

Location: Federal Way, WA

Duration: Long termThis position will be remote in the beginning of this assignment, then we will be back in office. It’s a temporary placement with the possibility to be permanent.

Duties:

The position requires :To answers phone calls, e-mails, and faxes from teammates and managers in the areas of payroll, timekeeping, general benefits, teammate relations, compensation and People Services questions in a call center environment.
  • Prior call center or customer service experience is Required
  • Listen and communicate clearly, professionally and empathetically
  • Use established procedures, scripts and job aids while navigating multiple computer applications
  • Educate customers on the process
  • Escalate problems or inquiries as needed
  • Maintain quality, accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environment
The Manager is looking for a candidate that has call center experience (required), preferable payroll and/or HR background.
