As members of the health care team, residents will be accountable for achieving optimal medication therapy outcomes, and will exercise skill in educating other health care professionals and patients on medication related topics. Residents will also ensure evidence-based care, technology and VMPS Lean methodology will be used to improve patient care processes.QualificationsThis position requires a Pharm D from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy with relevant practice experience and expected or actual successful completion of a PGY1 residency. The resident must be licensed as a registered pharmacist or be actively pursuing pharmacist licensure in the State of Washington. If not licensed (in the State of Washington) upon hire, Pharmacist licensure must be obtained within 90 days or before October 1st.
