RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is looking for a Data Scientist for an enterprise client in Redmond, WA.
Duties Include: Data Scientist will create Weekly Metrics Dashboards to show a high-level comprehensive snapshot detailing yearly/monthly volumes, Turn-Around-Time, etc. Processing Plan to show the expectation of processing and how Data Dimensions has been hitting/missing that goal on a per week basis Weekly/Monthly reports to show Actual vs. Planned deliveries, turn-around-time, errors, & quality PBI Reports (Completion & Publication) Development of Ad-Hoc reports through Excel & Power BI Partner with business/domain experts to understand the questions they have on their data Leverage modern Power BI to extract and manipulate data from a variety of diverse sources As a Data Scientist, you will perform analysis on datasets to understand data structure and possible metrics/visuals to answer business questions Present alternative ways for team to visualize and consume their data Flexible with maintaining existing dashboards and building new views/dashboard's based on business needsREQUIREMENTS: 8+ years of experience in BI roles 5+ years of experience using Power BI In depth Power BI (PBI) knowledge and Development experience PBI Administrative/Structural Knowledge Microsoft Excel (Advanced) Microsoft PowerPoint (Basic Knowledge) The ability to understand business questions/pain points and alleviate with supporting data Ability to multi-task, deal effectively with ambiguity, change in business requirements, and self-prioritize under pressure Ability to analyze and create reports (through Excel/PBI) Ability to interpret customer demands to develop ad-hoc reports (this includes being able to describe what would be needed to create reports) Ability to effectively explain visualizations and data findings to those who haven't seen them beforeThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
