Job Description

We are delivering enterprise architecture as a shared service supporting various divisions and initiatives across a large telco organization. This is a rapidly growing group focused on empowering customers with leading-edge technology and supporting large end-to-end technical solutions across the business. Our team of architects, technical project managers, and engineers ensures quality and enables scalability for our client’s lines of business, domains, and SDLC through transparency, optimized product planning, and common services in partnership with organizational domains. 

The Portfolio Manager will have the opportunity to shepherd critical initiatives through the delivery lifecycle, while leading weekly portfolio status meetings and managing project risks, blockers, and progress. You’ll oversee a number of analysts, product managers, and engineers to ensure quality delivery execution and foster professional growth within the team.

About the team

The Logic20/20 Digital Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients’ toughest business challenges. You’ll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.

About you

  • You are successful driving change and project results within organizations, even in times of ambiguity and changing requirements
  • You exhibit an extraordinary ability to understand, balance, and mitigateproject risks
  • You have experience delivering projects and solving problems within mid to large size organization utilizing disparate tools and methodologies
  • You regularly prescribe and implement lean thinking and fast track project management techniques
  • You have an executive presence with the ability to drive, inspire, and manage clients, other leadership, and project teams
  • You have a track record of recommending and implementing improvements to projects and process for clients

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership and management at an enterprise-level consulting firm
  • Proficiency in MS Project and various PM tools (such as Jira or VSO)
  • Undergraduate degree in technology or business

We’d also be super-impressed if you also have

  • Scrum Master or PMP orSAFeCertification
