Collaboration and teamwork are at the foundation of our culture and we need engineers who can communicate at a high level and work well with others towards achieving a common goal.This role focuses on FedRAMP specific requirements.Your Impact Act as a primary technical contact for federal customers, providing guidance, support, and troubleshooting assistance during the testing and deployment phases.Develop and execute sophisticated software tests to validate Customer Solution Profiles working closely with Development, Product Management, SRE and Technical Marketing teams.Provide Thorough Technical Leadership in the areas of Cloud Based Orchestration, Cloud delivered Security, Cloud Networking and Automation Design.Conduct regular meetings and presentations with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on product testing progress.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reproduce and troubleshoot customer-reported issues and provide prompt and effective resolutions.Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their network security challenges, and providing tailored recommendations based on our portfolio.Collaborate with product managers and the QA team to communicate customer requirements and translate them into effective and comprehensive test strategies.Conduct timely and thorough root cause analysis of failures, document test results, and provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders.Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
