Description Robert Half is searching for a Procurement Analyst to support a local university based in Seattle, WA. This Procurement Analyst will be responsible for the effective provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of the university's e-Procurement system. This position is a opportunity with the potential to extend or convert (3 months) that is Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote). Apply Now! Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for support to end users of the Procurement software and vendor management.

Responsible for the data metrics to inform decisions related to the Procurement function.

Prepare and manage coordination/production of all system and vendor reports and presentations.

Maintain PowerBi spend analytics dashboards for the Procurement Office.

Oversee and manage e-procurement and Invoicing software, and troubleshoot issues with end users, and develop solutions.

Monitor and analyze upcoming functional changes to the application by attending web Conferences, teleconferences, or other Jaggaer-sponsored activities.

Communicate issues to and coordinate issue resolution with Jaggaer, end users, and department leads.

Perform analysis and support operations staff in executing, testing, and rolling out the solutions and updates.

Monitor and identify order and integration failures and communicate with appropriate parties to resolve any issues.

Answer questions about the Procurement function and how it fits into the e-procurement system.

Prioritize and coordinate campus-wide efforts to incorporate sustainability initiatives throughout contracting practices.

Assist with RFIs/RFPs and perform other duties as required.

Identify and implement improvements and optimize opportunities available in the e-procurement solution.

Extract and analyze imperative data to identify and recommend strategic sourcing opportunities.

Continually evaluate products and services offered by existing and prospective vendors and make data-informed recommendations/revisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in Procurement Analysis or related role

Experienced with ERP Procurement Systems

Skilled in reporting through Power BI or Tableau

Ability to visualize and analyze data

Nice to have: SQL, Python, Jaggaer Procurement System
