We are looking to add a motivated, product-forward sales professional to our team — someone who can help customers find the right Mazda, understand vehicle features, and help close deals.
What You’ll Do—Key Responsibilities
Act as the product expertfor our Mazda line: know features, trim levels, specs, options, accessories, and Mazda technology (e.g. i-Activ AWD, infotainment, hybrid options)
Greet, engage, and build rapport with customers—both walk-ins and those scheduled
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and walk-throughs
Help customers compare models, trims, and packages in a clear, honest way
Work closely with sales, financing, and service teams to facilitate a smooth purchase process
Stay up-to-date on current promotions, incentives, and Mazda programs — present them to customers
Follow up leads, maintain CRM entries, and contribute to lead conversion
Meet or exceed monthly sales or product presentation goals (bonus-qualifying)
What We’re Looking For
Experience isn't required - just a great attitude and eagerness to grow. Prior customer service is a plus. We'll provide full training for the right candidate with a positive outlook.
Strong product knowledge ability (technical interest in features, mechanicals, and customer benefits)
Excellent communication skills, persuasion, and presentation ability
Customer-first attitude — integrity, responsiveness, and follow-through
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities
Comfortable working evenings and weekends (dealership sales hours: 9 am–7 pm weekdays, Saturdays 9 am–6 pm, Sundays 11 am–5 pm)
Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn
Compensation & Benefits
Base rate:$25.00 per hour
Bonus & incentives:Based on meeting or exceeding product-education goals, sales quotas, upsells, add-ons, etc.
