Program Director - Youth Services

What You Get To Do: This position will be responsible for the supervision of a residential home within the Youth Out of Home Services program, supporting teens and young adults with intellectual developmental disabilities.Ensure the development and implementation of the individual treatment/support plans, from admission through discharge and follow-up.Coordinate care, support, and other appointments/services and complete service documentation, data collection and analysis, and healthcare/medication tracking. Act as an advocate for supported individuals and maintain routine communication with families, case managers/service coordinators, healthcare professionals, and other supports in the individual’s life.Provide direction, oversight, training, and feedback to direct support professional staff in providing support for individuals according to the defined treatment/support plans.Why This Role: Personal fulfillment, a meaningful career, and the chance to make a difference. Positively impact someone’s life.  Gain health care experience to further your career.
