- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/ PM
- Convert the business expectations(scope) into User Story document (BRD) covering all the requirements
- Experience as modernization from legacy app to new apps future state
- Draw the dreams and convert them programmatically into the reality to formulate the solution
- Demonstrate the application with the stakeholder on a weekly basis.
- Capture the bugs/feedbacks during the walk-through with the stakeholder
- Experience in multiple discipline and talking with business teams
- Experience with Microsoft Project Management tools
- Develop and maintain customer relationship and satisfaction
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), good interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders as well and technical experts
- Strong Documentation skills
- Exhibit a strong passion, result oriented and efficient and flexible in dynamic working environment
- Microsoft experience will help for fast onboarding so it is must
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools will be huge plus - M365, Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps to manage user stories, use cases, test cases, bugs
- Experience in release management, migrations
- Any experience building, managing, using support tools will be plus
- Strong communication and written skills, very proactive approach
