About the Role:

Job Title: Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with engineering teams, business teams, and external technology partners to support server hardware programs and underlying technical building blocks from cradle to grave.
  • Adeptly drive planning and execution rigor cross organizationally to define requirements and actions, prioritize deliverables in the best interest of Customer Experience, and successfully meet or exceed committed Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Personally navigate and skillfully lead others through complex, interrelated technical challenges and business issues to deliver impactful results. This includes timely reporting of meaningful status and supporting detail to the manager and other internal stakeholders.
  • Exercise technical judgment and influence to ensure alignment with related products and technology.
  • Combine demonstrable strong problem-solving and analytical experience with a passion for cloud-scale services.
  • Work directly with partner teams to ensure multi-sourcing new server products (subsystems/full system) meet production specifications for high volume cloud supercomputing capacity.
  • Ensure delivery of the highest quality standard to our customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent relevant discipline, with practical experience in hardware or software design, sustaining engineering, reliability testing, platform system engineering and/or technical analysis.
    • o 5+ years of experience in hardware product development, preferably in server industry
  • Proven program management experience from NPI to post-product launch.
  • Proven program leadership and problem-solving experience
  • Proven interpersonal and communication experience, and experience working effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Proven experience prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Hardware Experience – Product Development on Computer Servers
  • Strong Program Management – Running a program
  • Broader knowledge within Manufacturing, Firmware, Systems Engineering

Location: Redmond, WA (Remote in PST)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $99,000 – $119,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
