Program Manager

Responsibilities: The Program Manager (PgM) will provide primary oversight, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for all orders issued under this BPA. The PgM will have full authority to act on behalf of i360 in all contract matters related to daily operations. The PgM will maintain the progress and productive mutual interaction among various parties in a manner that reduces the overall risk of program and project failure. The PgM will have the ability to adapt to various internal procedures and form close links with nominated client representatives to ensure that key issues of cost, time, quality, and client satisfaction are realized. The PgM is responsible for initiating immediate corrective action when performance is not acceptable to the government.
