Job Summary/Company:

A Sparks Group Partner (fast-growing, ventured backed, new space company) is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. The selected candidate will meet with stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate/execute delivery of programs, and drive continuous improvement projects. Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple open projects - from IT initiatives to business application rollouts
  • Plan requirements with internal stakeholders and push projects through the entire lifecycle
  • Assess/prioritize requirements and develop technology solutions that support business needs
  • Design creative and right sized solutions, taking into consideration technical and business needs, requirements, and trade-offs
  • Manage the evaluation and selection of 3rd party vendors
  • Understand the integration vectors of new system rollout and how it relates to the larger business eco-system
  • Understand the Partner's underlying platform architecture, focusing on integration points and data schema

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent field
  • 10+ years technical program management experience (tracking milestones and timelines, managing budgets, delegating, directing work, communication to cross-functional stakeholders)
  • 7+ years of experience building, managing, and supporting business systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Deltek, or other enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Proven record of delivering high quality internal business tools and applications with seamless integrations with 3rd party software
  • Ability to quickly become a SME on new business platforms and systems
