Program Manager Non Tech 4 (Remote)

We currently have a new and exciting opportunity available for a qualified Program Manager Non Tech 4 to join a large technology company for a remote position.Responsibilities / Requirements:

• PM4 accountabilities to include instantiating key deliverable tracking system and following up with team to ensure deliverables are completed in timely manner.
• Creating monthly ROB comm for team and following up on deliverables (also tracked in the forementioned system).
• Light data analytics for the team of 9, requires familiarity with various data cubes across the Support business.
• Interface with creative agency to ensure deliverables (again tracked in the forementioned system) are being executed against in timely manner and graphic presentation is according to team standard.
• Interface with Offers GTM team to ensure alignment of our deliverables to them with our monthly ROB deliverables / comm.
• Monthly tracking of budget spend. Draft monthly team update which is sent to leadership, creative can be handed off to creative agency.
• Ad hoc creation of exec level decks.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned which could include data mining, coordination across other Offers teams to drive key initiatives or exec deck creation.
• Ideal resource will be strong PM with broad skillset including excellence with O365, especially Excel and PPT.
