Salary Range: $75,029 - $103,165 (DOE)Summary and Qualifications: Partner with Central Team Support (CTS) functional teams, field leaders and hospital leaders to ensure effective and consistent management and implementation of Operations team projects and programs. Focus on development and implementation of Operational processes, projects, and programs.Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:

Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.

Support the Vice President of Hospital Systems & Strategy Implementation in the operational implementation of new technology platforms.

Manage and facilitate the appropriate cross-functional work with Operations, Veterinary Affairs, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Learning & Development, Corporate Affairs, IT, and other key stakeholders’ teams to ensure successful implementation of Operational projects and programs.

Partner with CTS teams, field leadership and hospital associates to implement and fulfill project requirements.

Review/analyze existing programs for improvements (streamlining, ease of processes, engagement of project teams, quality of outputs and results achieved) in project/program processes.

Provide mentorship to others on team regarding processes of project management and implementation of projects and programs as well as guidance and support on specific project.

Act as an Operational resource for CTS teams, hospital associates and field leaders, performing necessary research to answer questions fully and accurately.

Collaborate with peers on Operational team specific to regional support tactics, best practices, and organizational agility.

Support practice initiatives, partner cross functionally with teams and lead designated operation workstreams for strategic and functional projects that impact business growth.

Special Working Conditions:

Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time.

Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may often require more than 40 hours per week to complete essential duties of this job.

Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability (reading, writing, and speaking the English language) to perform the duties proficiently.

Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and to solve problems involving several variables.

Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as well as manipulate (lift, carry, move) up to 50 pounds.

Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm-hand-finger dexterity with the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard and operate necessary equipment.

The noise level in the work environment is normally moderate.

Environment where pets are present.

Experience, Education and/or Training:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, or Animal Science is preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Five years of experience in Veterinary and/or Operations are required.

Experience with problem solving, negotiating, conflict resolution and peer relationships is required.

Prior experience within a multi-unit company with field/operations interactions is required.

Program Manager, Project Management and Change Management experience is preferred.
