DescriptionAmazon's Trust and Store Integrity(TSI) organization is seeking an exceptional Program Manager to own our metric and measure program to help our teams make meaningful business decisions. As a Program Manager, you will own our reporting process and consolidate multi-team metric reports into a consolidated deck, coordinate on action items, and collaborate on deep dives. You will have a wide look and understanding of team contributions to Trust and Store Integrity ecosystem with the ability to understand how individual actions translate through to business results and insights. The ideal candidate is well organized, a good communicator with a strong ability to build and develop processes, provide meaningful feedback, and collaborate effectively. A risk or fraud background is preferred, and familiarity with SQL is a nice-to-have.Key job responsibilitiesResponsibilities: Owner of the Trust and Store Integrity Metric Program1) Collaborate with business owners to obtain, procure, and develop key metrics.2) Own metric consolidation for Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Business Reviews.3) Develop data driven narratives to inform the business on performance and guidance.4) Identify, Track, and Report key risk indicators.5) Manage Several projects and relationships simultaneously to meet deadlines.6) Perform Deep Dives into metric formation, creation, and change/version control.A day in the lifeActivities here can vary greatly depending on the point in time for mechanisms. A normal week would entail reviewing outputs, slides, and assisting with deep dives both internal to SPI and with our TSI partner teams. Additionally, following up on Action Items, reviewing logic to ensure a stated metric matches the technical components, and working with Business Analytics and Business Intelligence Engineers to answer questions pre and post mechanism review. During QBR/OP1 events, this role coordinates with teams on workback schedules and deliverables. This role can have widely varied tasks, and a strong organization is very helpful.About the teamTSI's mission is to protect Customers, Selling Partners, Brands and Amazon’s businesses. We achieve this by proactively: (1) Ensuring robust vetting of a seller’s identity, location, and payment instruments and stopping bad actors from launching a new selling account, (2) Stopping bad actors from compromising existing selling accounts, (3) Stopping bad actors attempts to engage in financial fraud, (4) Preventing bad actors from driving sales through rank or reviews manipulation, and (5) Eliminating financial incentives for bad actors. 3+ years of program or project management experience

3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
