Project Coordinator

Description We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in the construction industry based in Tacoma, WA. This role involves managing various project files, keeping track of customer orders, and data entry. This is a contract employment opportunity that offers the chance to work in an office setting.Responsibilities: Organize and maintain electronic files related to various construction projects Regularly update Excel sheets with relevant data and information Handle customer service duties as required to ensure client satisfaction Check and manage customer orders efficiently and accurately Use Microsoft Excel and Word to process and keep track of customer applications Utilize skills in data entry and organizing files to maintain efficient systems Regularly use Microsoft Excel formulas and filters to manage project data Work closely with the team to ensure smooth completion of construction projects Use software tools such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, and SAP for various project tasks Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Data Entry Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience in Organizing Files is essential Proficient in Scanning procedures and techniques Familiarity with Electronic File systems and management Previous experience in a Construction or Contractor industry role is beneficial Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively High level of attention to detail and accuracy Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
