Find your future with us.We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer - Program Integration Management (Senior or Principal) join our team in Seattle, Washington.You will have the opportunity to lead and support Program Integration Office activities for our Enterprise Technology Office. This will involve creating R&D metrics and technology transition plans as well as leading sprints and reviews on strategic investments and projects.Position Responsibilities:- Supports Domain Sprints and requested Enterprise Technology Office activities
- Supports Non-Advocate reviews on R&D projects
- Coordinates and supports the long-range business planning project
- Supports Applied Innovations Implementation Programs
- Develops statement of work (SOW) to satisfy research and development, ongoing and new business requirements
- Works with customers and management to obtain approval
- Responds to changes to SOW, assesses the impact and negotiates proposed changes to determine modifications to the deliverables, resources, costs and schedules.
- Leads project execution to complete the work statement
- Identifies performance metrics
- Plans, identifies, and coordinates resources required over the life of the project or program.
- Defines plans for risk mitigation and opportunity
- Compares actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity and lessons learned
- Provides technical, business and integration leadership for the development and execution of project or team plans
- Works under minimal direction
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
- 3+ years of experience developing program implementation/integration plans and schedules
- 3+ years of experience with risk, issue and opportunity management principles and tools, and the ability to apply them in various situations
- 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in leading teams and partners in the performance of complex engineering activity
- Project management experience leading a multi-disciplined team in managing the cost and schedule for the design and development
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical personnel at all organization levels including suppliers and customers
