BryceTech is seeking a Project Lead to join our team who can deliver dynamic operations, solicitation, and outreach support to a government space technology research and development (R&D) program. The position specifically supports NASA’s Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) program within the Agency’s Space Technology Mission Directorate (STMD). Work will support NASA and may be performed remotely. Occasional travel may be required for this position. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.Working with the SBIR/STTR Program Manager and other program personnel:Lead a team to support strategy, management, and integration operations as needed. Support may include, but is not limited to solicitation development, proposal review, program outreach, and data managementManage dynamic tasking, prioritizing team activities, coordinating inputs, and providing reports to NASA SBIRCoordinate with SBIR/STTR program personnel, senior NASA personnel, and other internal and external stakeholdersProvide significant organizational and strategic support for SBIR/STTR solicitation development and proposal review, including:Coordination across HQ and Centers for topic development in alignment with the STMD Strategic Framework and Agency goalsDevelopment of materials surrounding solicitation development and review, including kickoff presentations, reviewer guidelines, and communications to internal and external stakeholdersCoordination with stakeholders to facilitation applications and reviewCollection of operational and performance metrics to inform future implementation strategiesDevelop and implement an improved strategy for stakeholder engagement, including:Support a refresh of the program communications strategyDevelop and maintain a program communications action planCurate and maintain an outreach and in-reach toolboxRapidly synthesize data from a variety of sources, performing data analysis and developing data visualizations in tools such as Power BI (preferred) or similarSupport program and project performance management activities, including development of an annual action plan and scheduleEvaluate, track, and report on the SBIR/STTR portfolio of investmentsSupport program diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility efforts, including removing barriers for first-time applicants and increasing diverse representation in the SBIR/STTR portfolioDesign and conduct pilot studies/impact evaluations as neededIdentify, recommend, and execute improvements to program policies and processes, including automation of program processesDocument program processes and policies
