RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is looking for a Non-Technical Project Manager for an enterprise client in Redmond, WA.
Roles and Responsibilities: PM will develop reporting ROB aligned to the FY23 H2 executive meeting ROB: Identified Owner, Audience, Topic Lead, Frequency, Recommended Agenda Topics Establish standardized reports to be used in LT and executive meetings: Review, assess, and recommend a list of standardized reports based on desired outcomes and priorities; Support codification of opportunities to optimize Self- & Sales-Serve programs; Maintain ROTA (2) & Self-/Sales-Serve funnel overview (2) reporting slides; Conduct occasional ad-hoc reporting analyses (2 a month) Support development of monthly executive presentation and analysisKPIS: Data received based on Jan recommendation: Deeper pivot of data procured and structured for company access Analysis of data to inform sales strategy and campaign strategy complete Account matching enhancements complete based on Jan findings ROB structure for Self-Serve analysis funnel review activated Recommendation on Q4 sales-serve campaign strategy complete Recommendations and analysis presented in exec ready formatMarch Deliverables: Assist with executive slideware and polish walking decks As a PM, you will develop a preliminary account-based marketing (ABM) sales strategy for company acquisition: Sales strategy will likely include growth goals, KPIs, across applicable segments/targets, and sales plays Support development of monthly executive presentation and analysisREQUIREMENTS: Strong ability to create PowerPoint slideware and turn data into clear, concise visuals To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
