Project Manager / Strategy Coordinator

Bryce Space and Technology is looking for a dynamic and organized Project Manager/Strategy Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic innovation efforts across the Department of the Air Force. This role will bridge project management execution with strategic alignment, ensuring that programs and initiatives are effectively driving innovation outcomes aligned with broader Department of Defense priorities.The ideal candidate brings a combination of program management discipline, strategic thinking, and communication excellence to support AFWERX leadership and cross-functional teams.Key responsibilities include:Manage project planning, timelines, deliverables, and execution across AFWERX strategic initiatives.Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.Support the development and implementation of innovation strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics.Track project progress, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and produce regular status updates.Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform strategic recommendations.Prepare briefings, white papers, and reports for senior leadership and external stakeholders.Organize and facilitate strategic planning workshops, innovation events, and stakeholder engagements.Serve as a liaison between AFWERX leadership, program teams, and industry/government partners.
