Description We are seeking a Project/Program Manager II to join our team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects and programs, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress. You will also prepare reports for upper management and lead the work of others.Responsibilities Oversee the coordination and completion of projects and programs Set deadlines and assign responsibilities to ensure timely project completion Monitor and summarize the progress of projects and programs Prepare detailed reports for upper management on the status of projects Use your understanding of field concepts, practices, and procedures in managing projects Rely on your extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish project goals Lead and direct the work of others involved in the projects Foster creativity and latitude in project execution Ensure the implementation of quality assurance management practices Collaborate with the team to accomplish a variety of tasks related to project management.Requirements Demonstrable experience in planning and implementing complex projects Proficiency in establishing and adhering to standard procedures Proven ability to track and report on project progress in a timely manner Solid understanding of best practices within project/program management Experience in preparing comprehensive project reports and presentations Excellent coordination skills to manage team members and stakeholders Ability to think creatively and problem-solve under pressure Knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance (QA) management Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
