Skookum Storagehas an opening for a part-time (15-20hrs per week) Customer Service/Assistant Property Manager. Ideal candidates would have retail sales and customer service experience and are looking to grow within our career path.

Day to Day:

Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process

Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives

Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone, email and web inquiries)

Manage, audit and balance cash drawer and petty cash

General office tasks, e.g., filing, managing customer accounts, sorting mail/deliveries

Maintain property to Skookum’s Cleaning & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)

Smart Phone

Retail Sales, Cash Management, and Customer Service experience

Ability to self-manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives

Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required)

Basic computer skills, data entry and working knowledge MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability and willingness to do some groundskeeping and maintenance a bonus, but not required.
