Collaborate with the project management team to develop and submit high-quality proposals.
Manage the proposal development process from initial concept to final submission, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Conduct research and gather information to support proposal content.
Write, edit, and format proposal documents to ensure clarity, coherence, and compliance with client requirements.
Coordinate with various departments to obtain necessary information and approvals.
Track and report on proposal status and outcomes.
Develop and manage advertising campaigns to promote company services and projects.
Create and schedule engaging social media content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of advertising and social media efforts.
Essential Skills
Proposal writing
Proposal management
3+ years of experience in proposal writing and management
Experience with Adobe, Microsoft, and InDesign software
Proven experience responding to RFPs and putting together various AEC proposals
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Advertising coordination
Strong writing and editing skills
Ability to provide a portfolio of past proposal work for the hiring team to review
Work EnvironmentThis position is onsite from 8am to 5pm, with flexibility to accommodate a 4x10 schedule for the right individual.
