Description We are in search of a skilled professional to join our team in Everett, Washington, in the role of an HR Recruiter. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient end-to-end recruitment process for our company, which operates in a remote work environment. You will have the opportunity to work on a contract basis, partnering with hiring managers and HR to meet the needs of the business in a timely and effective manner.Responsibilities: Act as a strategic advisor within the Talent Acquisition function, developing effective working relationships with Hiring Managers, Total Rewards, and Human Resources Business Partners to ensure a smooth approach throughout the Talent Acquisition lifecycle. Drive the recruitment process by setting clear expectations and delivering on commitments to the business as well as internal and external candidates. Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws and OFCCP / EEOC guidelines. Participate in other Talent Acquisition projects as requested. Utilize strong sourcing skills, social networking, referrals, and database mining to attract top talent. Qualify and cultivate passive candidates for various roles within the organization. Demonstrate the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Manage a high requisition load in a fast-paced environment by prioritizing tasks effectively. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the business. Leverage a strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to perform daily tasks and report on recruitment activities. Utilize knowledge of employment law and compliance standards (EEO, OFCCP, Affirmative Action) in daily recruitment tasks. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Workday, to manage candidate information and recruitment processes. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Functions Familiarity with Database management and Reporting Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration Capability to provide Workstation Support Understanding of Hiring Processes, Practices, and Compliance Functions Ability to manage Stakeholder relationships Experience with handling Referrals Knowledge of Interviewing techniques Strong Interpersonal Skills Proficiency in Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Ability to work Onsite Experience with Full Cycle Recruiting Ability to collaborate with Business Partners Familiarity with Workday software Experience handling Requisitions Knowledge of Recruiting Processes Understanding of Employment Law Experience with Applicant Track System Strong Communication skills Knowledge of 'A Plus' is beneficial Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
