Regional Marketing Director

Growing boutique management company is looking to fill a new position. We need a Regional Marketing Director to head up our marketing efforts for all of our self-managed properties located in south King and north Pierce counties. This candidate must possess the knowledge of the apartment industry. Prior experience in this role is beneficial and experience with Yardi is preferred. We want an enthusiastic individual that can educate and motivate our leasing teams. Knowledge of advertising sources and leasing campaigns is critical. This is an ideal position for a person looking to grow their career. In the future, this could lead to a training role too. The pay for this position will be determined based on experience.
