At Virginia Mason Franciscan Health you will find the safest and highest quality of care provided by our expert, compassionate medical care team at 11 hospitals and nearly 300 sites throughout the greater Puget Sound region.ResponsibilitiesThe Virginia Mason Cancer Institute is a multi-disciplinary program which provides a continuum of care for prevention/detection, cancer diagnosis and treattreatment, and hospice/bereavement.The registered nurse provides high quality, skilled nursing services to assist patients to achieve optimum health and functional health status following an illness requiring hospitalization. Through collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals, the nurse prepares the patient and family for discharge to home or another setting for continued care.Virginia Mason has transformed health care through our innovations in patient safety and our ability to provide patients in our community with easier access to our high-quality care. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
Preferred:1 or more years Oncology & Chemo experience.
