Job Title: Pane d’Amore Bainbridge Island Part Time Retail Associate

Pane d'Amore Bakery is seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to work as a Retail Associate at the Bainbridge Island Pane d'Amore specialty grocery in Bainbridge Island, Washington. Hours are 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. This position could transition into a management position for the right person with enough experience and retail qualifications.

Responsibilities:

Close the store reliably and on time every afternoon.

Sell and promote the bakery's products, including bread, pastries, and baked goods

Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions customers may have about our products

Become competent on the POS system

Handle cash and credit card transactions and make change accurately

Maintain inventory levels by restocking and reporting any shortages or overages to the manager

Requirements:

Customer service experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions

Must be able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
