Description:RN - CLINICAL COORDINATOR - DIALYSIS (Full Time, 80 hours per 2-week pay period, 8 hour Day Shifts, Exempt) - Nursing Administration at Providence Holy Family HospitalThe RN Clinical Coordinator Dialysis is responsible for the coordination of the clinical activities of the dialysis program. The RN Clinical Coordinator Dialysis facilitates and directs approved resources to ensure quality and safe care for Holy Family Hospital renal patients. This position practices as an expert Registered Nurse in the area of renal care. The key roles of the RN Clinical Coordinator Dialysis include: expert practitioner, clinical coach, best practice consultant and leader, with a primary focus on patient care and staff practice within the specialty population. The RN Clinical Coordinator Dialysis works collaboratively at the unit level and with other patient care departments.Qualifications:Required qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Current Washington Registered Nurse License required.

Current AHA-BLS for Healthcare Provider.

CNN or CDN specialty certification required, or obtain within one year of hire/transfer into the position.

Five (5) years Acute care clinical experience.

Three (3) years Acute care experience in the area of clinical expertise (renal care).
