We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.In this position you will:The RN will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop Hospice plans of care in conjunction with team members, coordinate care with other disciplines and provide direct patient care in the implementation of outcome oriented nursing interventions under the Physician ordered Plan of Care.

All required documentation will be complete, accurate and timely. Be able to document nursing assessments and interventions related to symptom management and palliative care, grief and quality of life issues for patient/families receiving Hospice care. Documents in electronic health record.

Promotes and practices patient/family, personal and environmental safety while performing job duties according to agency policies and procedures.

Participates in relevant educational activities to provide competent care to patients/caregivers, to improve the nursing process, and to seek personal and professional growth.

Displays professionalism in the work environment in all areas including communication with both internal and external customers and time management skills.

Maintains productivity as per agency standard.

Qualifications:Required qualifications for this position include:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) License

Current provider BLS (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification

1 year of nursing experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:Medical/Surgical, Hospice or Home Health experience
