Assisting the Site Lead for the day-to-day operations pertaining to electronic systems maintenance and the logistics

Analyzing programs and systems to discover potential maintenance problems and adverse supply trends

To take aggressive action to analyze problems and negative trends, exploring all alternative approaches to resolve these situations and present the best solution to the RSC Site Lead

Provide advice and guidance regarding production requirements, funding, and ensuring that programs are not adversely affected by lack of support

Provide guidance on all production issues to other team members for assigned systems

Interpret policy in the maintenance area and evaluate the effectiveness of functional sections responsibilities

implement the company’s policies and goals; ensuring that the health and safety guidelines are followed

Supervises and motivates a team of workers; reviews the performance of subordinates and identifies training needs

Responsible for administrative functions, the Budget, the Shipping and Receiving department reviews and approves all purchase requests processed in 4SIGHT, and all shipping requests prior to sending them to the Government Contracting Officer Representative for final approval

Prepares reports as requested by the Site Leads at the request of the various Program Manager Customers

Responsible to ensure WOAs and My Time entries are correct.

What you'll need to succeed:● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent work experience● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience● Required Technical Skills: Supervision, Staffing, Customer Service, Strategic Planning, Developing Budgets, Electronics Troubleshooting, Technical Leadership, Technical Understanding, Equipment Maintenance, Teamwork, Job Knowledge. Good computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Company's, GCSS-A SME. Ensure Man Hours and Work Orders Reports meet CDRLS deadlines. Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.● Security Clearance Level: Secret Clearance Required.● Required Skills and Abilities: Attention to Detail, Excellent Customer Service, Excellent troubleshooting skills, Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, Train and oversee subordinates to verify that they are performing all their duties effectively. Ability to work independently and work with others in a team environment. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
