We are looking for a qualified TECHNOLOGY & SCHEDULING SPECIALIST to join our team!

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Job Description:

As an entry-level Technology Specialist at The Salcido Connection, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with our process development team and employees to ensure the smooth operation of our software systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements

Help choose, develop, test, and implement software solutions based on business needs

Train employees on software applications to optimize performance and user experience

Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, providing technical support and guidance to end-user

Document software processes, procedures, and guidelines for knowledge sharing and training purposes

Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Device set up, management, and troubleshooting with employees

Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables. This position requires excellent organizational, time management, and collaboration skills. The scheduler must be able to work with Division Managers and Project Managers to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously to ensure efficient team labor management and timely job completion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR two years' experience in related field

Proven experience as a Software Specialist or similar role

Experience with software tools and frameworks (Microsoft Teams, JobTread, GUSTO, FSM, CRM, etc.)

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Effective communication skills

Willingness to learn and grow your skills

Experience in a business environment or working with business technology

Honesty

Strong people skills

Salary: dependent on experience and qualifications
