Industry Dive is looking to further increase our content and strategic-selling expertise by adding to the Black Belt Strategy team, with an additional Sales Manager, studioID.The Sales Manager, studioID will work with AEs to broaden the scope of opportunity, and further pull clients across Industry Dive’s full brand-to-demand solution suite. The role will mainly focus on partnering with  AEs and front-line Sales Managers underneath one of our two Sales Directors. In particular, the key focuses and measures of success of the role will be:Drive overachievement of the sales team’s quarterly Industry Dive sales number.Drive overachievement of the sales team’s quarterly studioID number, maintaining a share of at least 40% of the overall ID sales number.Ensuring an optimal mix and volume of enterprise accounts, driving year over year increases in enterprise account volume and spend.A typical “week in the life” will consist of the following:10-15 client-facing meetings with AEs and the required prep for these meetingsWeekly huddles with AE teams Weekly pipeline reviews with Sales Director and front-line Sales Managers.Weekly huddle with rest of Black Belt Strategy team“Extra-curricular” work partnering across the organization to help drive further best practices around our marketing, product development, sales process, tools, etc.
