Salon Station Rentals in Downtown – Launching June 2025 (Spokane)

Lucid Room was created for hair artists who are serious about their craft, their space, and their future. We’re opening our doors June 2025, and have a limited number of station rentals available inside a fully designed, stylist-forward space—it’s a working art team environment with intentional design, education access, and a shared standard of professionalism.

What’s Included:

Full-time or Part-time station with:

Professional chair

Mirror

Station storage + client bag hook

Shared upper/lower color bar storage/Personal locker in break/laundry area

Private all-humans washroom + additional, shared stalled washrooms in the building

Backbar (shampoo + conditioner only)

Weekly cleaning of floors, windows, and bathrooms

Building access: 8AM – 9PM daily

Mini fridge + microwave in color lab (renter break area)
