- Manage the scrum team in using agile methodology and scrum practices
- Responsible for customer satisfaction while working with the product owners and development teams

- Manage all work items in a delivery tool such as JIRA
- Work with development teams to translate feature stories into technical requirements as needed

- 3-5 years in project management or related role, 2+ years in an Agile development environment
- Must have the ability to navigate through complex situations and break down the complex into simple and actionable tasks, track the work to completion and manage up to 4 scrum teams effectively.
- Experience as a Scrum Master running multiple teams required
- Recent scrum certification preferred
- Familiarity with common lean/agile development practices and service-oriented environments
- Outstanding technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Proven ability to manage conflicting product priorities
- Highly organized and adept at prioritization -you can recognize and keep track of all the moving pieces in projects, adjusting to new information and goals
- First-class influencing skills, including experience working within a large matrix organization
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive execution against deliverables
