About the Team

The Continuous Improvement team is responsible for the operating model, process optimization, and coaching & training support capability as we iterate through Digital Transformation.

About the Job

This role will support the Continuous Improvement Team, assisting to drive value delivery and operational effectiveness for our Product Delivery teams. This will entail being a thought leader in our operating model and direction forward, our continuous improvement backlog, fostering lean process integration, and supporting the success of your teams at scale.

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View

- Drive the maturity of the lean-agile operating model and continuous improvement roadmap within our teams and Product areas

- Enable agility within our teams to focus on value delivery

-Create and execute training to support training calendar events

- Leverage agile metrics to customize training approaches and support specific needs of our teams

-Drive Lean Agile principles, values, behaviors, & methodologies that are scalable

-Support Portfolio & Epic execution to result in value outcomes

Qualifications:

- 8 yrs+ exp. Agile Coaching / Transformation execution

- SPC Certification (SPC)

- 5+ yrs. working directly with transformation teams or coaching teams

- Other Agile Certifications - CSP, CSM, CSPO, etc.

- Exp. in leading training events & classes
