The role will also conduct in-depth compete analysis across the industry to help identify areas of strength and opportunity for our Cloud Business and share learnings regularly across the business and finance

To be successful, the individual needs to be highly collaborative, self-motivated and be curious in learning.

Analytical: Model and analyze key strategic drivers to influence and drive planning decisions and strategic activities, specifically in relation to our infrastructure and supply chain headcount and vendor.

Business partnership: Act as a strategic and trusted advisor to key stakeholders across the company regularly to influence business direction and operational support.

Finance rhythms of business: Coordinate budget and long range planning (LRP) in alignment with corporate timelines. Communicate required deliverables clearly and facilitate reviews with senior leaders in a timely manner.

Process improvement: Continuously improve processes to drive automation, efficiency, prioritization, and cross team collaboration.

Collaborate with manager to identify high impact projects that will drive business success and align to your personal development goals.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field

OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field

OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous accounting experience in Cloud, supply chain, fixed assets, leases and/or multi-national companies preferred

Analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills

Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with all levels of management

Demonstrated systems and process improvement experience

Collaborative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity, influencing across multiple complex organizations, creating effective internal business partnerships

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, have excellent attention to detail, and work effectively under deadlines

Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $72,800 - $144,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $95,100 - $157,900 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
