Senior Home Health RN- CWOCN- SCS Home Health
Schedule: Monday- Friday with rotating weekend shifts
Provides quality care to patients in their homes under the direction of a physician. The nurse functions as a consultant in the nursing assessment of patients who are managed by other nurses or disciplines in the department and coordinates patient care activities with other members of the health care team. Position includes responsibility for the assessment, treatment, and care of patients of all ages including adults, pediatrics and geriatric. The treatment of patients is individualized and reflects an understanding of the developmental needs and range of treatment requirements. Nurse is responsible for monitoring medical, physical, psychiatric and wound care needs of assigned patients in Home Health. Practice is within the scope defined by the Washington State Nurse Practice Act, based on the nursing process model and concept of community health nursing.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
Upon hire: Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN)
3 years of Nursing experience.
