Description Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to help manage their internal learning programs. The person in this role will play a crucial part in both the management and execution of strategies focussed on learning and development. Duties will include designing, packaging and managing training programs and modules, offering support for live training sessions, and compiling comprehensive summaries from assorted departments.Main Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day learning and development programs and activities.

Design, package, and deploy effective training programs and modules.

Support and assist in conducting live training sessions.

Collaborate with multiple departments to gather necessary information and create comprehensive summaries.

Contribute to the implementation of learning and development strategies.

Create engaging content for training sessions and modules.

Use critical thinking skills to continuously improve and refine processes and materials.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.

Over 3 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field.

Proven project management skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.

Strong critical thinking skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to proactively handle challenges.

Excellent follow-up and communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience in a corporate learning environment.

Experience with video content creation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
