Remote options may be considered on a case-by-case basis if approved by the company.Travel %: 10%Pay: $119,000 to $205,850What will you doKenvue is recruiting for a Senior Manager of Retail Media supporting the Integrated Media team in the Connected Commerce organization. Preferred Locations for this role are as follows: Skillman, New Jersey or Summit, New Jersey. Additional locations and remote work will be considered.The Senior Retail Media Manager is responsible for translating brand and retailer growth strategy into a cohesive retail media strategy across multiple retailers (Instacart, DoorDash, Drug customers, Food customers, and other valued retailers). More specifically, this member will lead the team to plan retail media plans, execute with excellence, monitor/optimize real-time performance, and report learnings while defining the investment strategy to achieve business objectives anchored in POS sales and share performance. The role will have a critical leadership role on the retail media team managing a multi-retailer agency media team and direct reports with strong skills in people management, building strong team dynamics, and sharing learnings across teams. Furthermore, this member of the team will need to deal with ambiguity and creative problem solve approach retail media in a different way pulling insights from large amounts of data, influencing a range of levels through the organization, and driving to results. This role is intended to create joint value creation for strategic retailers and Kenvue to maximize the power of media and ensure we are partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to drive synchronized plans across sales, media, and brand. While this role will have a focus on a specific set of retailers, there will be cross-retail projects across the total retail media team rooted in search so strong retail search expertise is needed.Other primary responsibilities include:

Drive connection to the business and foster strategic relationships with brand growth, brand media teams, shopper teams, customer teams, agency partners, and retail media network aligning on key events/retailer priorities – with primary day to day contact for retail media networks and agency partners

People management responsibilities and leader of embedded media agency team pods

Responsible for ensuring on time and complete delivery of all activities from planning, activation & analyst team

Responsible for budget oversight including a) tracking spend vs total commitments & individual programs and b) identifying and communicating budget sufficiency/insufficiency

Responsible for vetting new media capabilities and elevating feedback to integrated media team, agency partiers, and customer/shopper teams.

Owner for customer-specific media learning agenda, plan, and share-out

Responsible for ensuring transparency of planning, performance, and other data to broader org

Responsible for translating business objectives into media KPIs to inform planning and optimization

Responsible for leading creation of materials for QBR and other internal/external sharing

Responsible for vetting MMM data ingestion, timing, creating & consolidating commentary, creating outputs for internal/external sharing

QualificationsWhat we are looking forRequired Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Sales, or related field. MBA preferred.

A minimum of 7 years’ experience of relevant experience.

Prior experience in media, brand marketing, shopper/trade, and/or ecommerce

Strong people management skills

Agency management experience

Ability to work in a matrix environment and to interpret, communicate and negotiate complex business situations.

Ability to prioritize and to successfully lead multiple projects/initiatives.

Able to analyze data from multiple sources to drive insights influencing the development of high impact solutions; able to assess which variables are delivering results and link actions to business outcomes

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple functions internally and externally

Self-starter and creative problem solver, ready to think outside the box and bring new ideas to impact performance

Strong presentation skills including creating decks that can be shared with key stakeholders with comprehensive storyline

Strong analytical / computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications is a requirement.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in Pacvue, MMM tools, and/or other retail media data tools

Consumer Packaged Goods Experience – specifically health, personal care, beauty

Strong search expertise and experience – retail media search preferred

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
