Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Procurement Agent (Level 4) join our BCA Supply Chain Contracts and Sourcing-Interiors team in Everett , Washington !The Contracts Procurement Agent plays a pivotal role in managing, integrating, and improving Boeing's supply chain. As a Contracts Procurement Agent, your responsibilities will focus on contracting strategy, contract negotiation and supplier selection.This role requires contracting knowledge, negotiating and carrying out all aspects of BCA Supply Chain Contracts in support of production programs. Your primary duties include maintaining relationships with external companies and internal collaborators, and negotiating cost recoveries, engineering changes, and contract extensions. In this role, you will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will maintain contracts and statement of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures. Negotiates and contracts for products, services, and technologies.

Engages stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.

Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.

Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.

Optimizes execution of the supply chain balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand. Manages supplier/subcontractor performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.

Mitigates risks and issues. Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) :

3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

3+ years of experience with Procurement and Supply Chain processes and systems

3+ years of experience drafting and negotiating contractual agreements

3+ years of experience working to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners

3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management

3+ years of executive communication and presenting

Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed (10-25%)

Preferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills/Experience) :

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.

5+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans

5+ years of experience developing proposals or contracts

5+ years of experience developing and coaching to, procurement process lifecycle

5+ years of experience developing, and achieving affordability targets

Typical Education/Experience:Typically, 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
