DescriptionAmazon’s Ship Tech Analytics team is responsible for owning major operational analytics products which power the analytical products used worldwide by all our operations employees. These products help provide insights and enable key decisions which help make the lives of our operations colleagues easier while also help deliver billions of packages on time. Our goal is to ensure the best delivery experience for customers across all geographies through a highly scalable, adaptive, and autonomous transportation network.We are looking for a product leader to be a part of our multi-year effort to build the next generation of GenAI-based descriptive and predictive analytical products around operations planning and intelligence products. They will own critical Amazon services that leverage real-time insights and predictive supply chain data across our entire network to drive automation, efficiency, and visibility. These services allow us to identify problems that could impact on-time delivery, take proactive actions to mitigate network and package level problems, and keep customers informed on what is happening.The ideal candidate is capable of breaking down and solving complex problems, and has a strong will to get things done! You will work on real world problems on a global scale. You own your products end-to-end and influence the direction of our product and technology which impacts hundreds-of-millions of customers around the world. You thrive in a fast-moving team environment where you are able to juggle complex dependencies and requirements while producing optimal solutions.Key job responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert in operational analytical processes, descriptive analytics, and GenAI-based opportunities for product enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive the successful implementation of new product features and enhancements
Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategic objectives and effectively communicates it to stakeholders
Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback, market intelligence, and industry insights to inform product decisions and ensure the delivery of high-value solutions
Champion a user-centric design approach, working closely with Operational, Business, and UX team to optimize the user experience and drive product adoption
Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and the product is delivered on time and within budget
Represent the product and the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
MBA
Experience building operational analytical products in transportation domains

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
