The Microsoft Threat Intelligence Center (MSTIC) is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Senior Relationship Management with the right mix of security knowledge, partner management experience, engineering know how, and passion for quality, to design, deliver and manage strategic partnership solutions for Microsoft Threat Intelligence.Microsoft Threat Intelligence partners with internal and external groups to collaborate on shared threats to our customers and to society at large. Develop and maintain deep, durable (external) relationships in partnership with our hunting and engineering teams; represent MSTIC as appropriate with partners and other entities. Support other select internal relationships with account teams, NSOs, NTOs and other critical Microsoft decision makers. Leverage internal Microsoft threat hunting communities and knowledge to achieve desired program goals. Influence threat hunting feature prioritization for our engineering teams by deeply understanding customer scenarios and the unique problems they face. Create and maintain processes for tracking program success; using data and tooling to identify opportunities for improvement or expansion; using data, dashboards or other methods to extract key areas for growth or remediation.Embody our Culture (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/about/corporate-values) and Values (https://careers.microsoft.com/us/en/culture)QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

o OR equivalent experience.

2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Other Qualifications

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements as these are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

o OR equivalent experience.

6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Proficient in KQL (Kusto Query Language) and one or more programming languages (Python, Java, etc.).

Active USG security clearance

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
