Senior Provider Relations Representative (Remote)

DescriptionProvidence is calling a Senior Provider Relations Representative who will:Be responsible for the recruitment and maintenance of the provider panel in support of Providence Health Plans

Be responsible for training and key communication with participating physicians, hospitals, and other medical providers and their office staff, Communication includes identifying issues, resolving disputes, fielding general questions and researching and resolving complex inquiries from the providers

Be responsible for the analysis of the Health Plan's provider network in existing and developing service areas

Partner with other Senior Provider Relations Representatives at varying degrees of involvement to implement and maintain a panel management strategy

Be responsible for the development and completion of reports - ad hoc or scheduled

Be responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of ProvLink, this includes set up of new provider clinics and trainings as needed

We welcome 100% remote work for residents who live in Vancouver, WA, Portland, OR and or Salem, OR.Required qualifications for this position include:5 years experience with providers in any setting including health plan, office, hospital

Experience in public speaking and/or group presentation

Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information
